A Taste of Sussex
Sussex Tourism Partnership is encouraging tourism businesses to source and serve local produce. It is a great way to enhance the experience of your guests and helps to sustain local businesses and suppliers. There are various easy ways of getting involved:
1. Attend your local farmers’ market
2. Get hold of a copy of the Sussex food finder book
3. Seek out local suppliers on www.sussexfoodfinder.co.uk or www.buylocalfood.co.uk
